Matthew is an entrepreneur, investor, and management consultant whose work spans business leadership, growth strategy, and acquisitions. He brings the perspective of both an operator and an investor to identifying opportunities, building businesses, and helping management teams move from strategy to execution.

His consulting experience includes advising senior leaders on business priorities, buy-side and sell-side transactions, and business valuation. At The Murdoch Group, he focuses on investments and advisory work across industries, including creative projects and industrial real estate, with a long-term view of the businesses and people involved.

Courtney brings together a passion for education, experience in the nonprofit sector, and a background in management consulting. With a degree in industrial engineering, she approaches organizations with an eye for how people, processes, and resources can work together more effectively.

Her consulting work has focused on process efficiency, standard operating procedures, and strengthening core business operations. At The Murdoch Group, she focuses on philanthropy and operations, connecting that practical experience with support for education and nonprofits that help people and communities thrive.
